Our Mission Is You

A group of UC Riverside students pose on the railing of the Highlander Union Building upper patio.

Student Life is dedicated to the continued education and holistic development of UCR’s diverse student body through programs and services aimed at helping students enhance leadership skills, develop a sense of belonging at UCR, engage in meaningful activities, and expand their understanding of social justice through diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Student Life works in active partnership with student, faculty, and staff colleagues to foster and support student opportunities for learning, involvement, leadership, community building, and creative expression that complement classroom experiences. Student Life further supports student organizations and their leaders, and they in turn provide programs and resources to the student body and the wider university community.
