Get the ‘Facts’ About Your Future

Bear Facts Orientation program assists new students in their transition from high school to college and provides a foundation for academic excellence at UC Riverside. During orientation, students can enroll in fall classes, become familiar with many academic departments and meet new students within the same major.

Students who attend Bear Facts consistently finish their first year with a higher grade-point average than new students who don’t attend. Bear Facts attendees are also more likely to remain in school and ultimately graduate. For more information, visit the official site for Bear Facts or contact Scott Silverman, Coordinator of Orientation Programs, at 951-827-3469 or by email.
