Applied Leaders Is a six week non-credit course during the spring quarter designed to education students in specific areas of leadership application and to expose campus leaders to “case study” situations where they can critically think and develop skills needed to be effective leaders.
This Program will cover topics and themes that are closely associated with the leadership process
· Purposeful Risk Taking, Stress Management, Motivation
· Personal and Organizational Time Management
· Strategic Planning and Goal Setting
· Public Speaking, Presentation, and Interpersonal Communication
· Civic Responsibility/Service Learning Project
· Exploration of Organizational Literature
