The Commuter Chronicle

The Commuter Chronicle is a monthly newsletter that is specifically targeted towards UC Riverside's commuters!  Each issue deals with a new and different aspect of commuting life.  How do you change a tire?  How much insurance coverage should you have?  What's up with that 60/91/215 interchange?
