Block Party

The annual UCR Block Party takes place on the evening of the first Friday of the fall quarter. This festival includes a variety of entertainment including bands, dance performances, interactive attractions as well as student organization booths with engaging activities and food sales.

Student Organizations who want to sponsor a booth must be currently registered with UCR to sign up for space, which is done on a first come, first served basis. A deposit is required to reserve a booth, and all Environmental Health & Safety food preparation requirements must be followed. Student Life coordinates the Block Party. Co-sponors include the Associated Students Program Board, Associated Students of UCR, Bear Facts Orientation and Housing Services.
