The 9^th annual block party was held on September 28^th, 2007 on Aberdeen Drive. Thousands of students attended as countless student groups participated in the massive event. The bands performing included Cavil At Rest, William Tell (formerly of Something Corporate) and The Plain White T's, who ended the night with their harmonious ballad 'Hey There, Delilah.' UCR's own dance group "909" performed, as well as the Senryu Taiko group from UCR.
